CAD is used to refine and finalize an agreed-upon design. We work closely with you beforehand so the CAD stage is focused and intentional. Up to two CAD designs are included to finalize your piece. Additional CAD designs or major revisions beyond this may incur an additional fee.

Absolutely. Before production begins, we’ll present diamond options that align with your criteria. You’ll be able to review each stone’s specifications and approve the exact diamond before it’s set into your ring. If needed, we’ll walk you through the details so you feel confident in your selection.

Once your ring enters production, changes can no longer be made. All details are carefully reviewed and confirmed before production begins. We strongly recommend having your ring size professionally confirmed prior to placing your order. Because each piece is custom made to your specifications, we are unable to offer refunds or adjustments for incorrect sizing.

No. While we specialize in custom rings, we also create earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and more. If you have something in mind, we’re happy to bring your vision to life.

Yes. A $100 design deposit secures your consult and is applied toward your final piece. Once your design and diamond are finalized, a 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Initial estimates are based on the general details discussed during your consult. As we move into sourcing and design, pricing may adjust based on the specific diamond selected, design refinements, and material choices. We walk you through any changes before moving forward, so there are no surprises.

Yes. Unless otherwise stated, all center stones that are 1 carat and above come with an independent IGI grading certificate. This confirms whether the diamond is lab-grown or natural and provides details on cut, color, clarity, and proportions. We primarily work with lab-grown diamonds, but can source natural diamonds upon request. Smaller melee stones are not individually certified, which is standard across the jewelry industry.

Production timelines vary by design, but most custom pieces are completed within 5-7 weeks. We prioritize precision and craftsmanship over rushing the process, and you’ll receive updates along the way. If you’re working within a specific timeline, priority production may be available.

Yes. All orders are fully insured during shipping and include tracking. A signature is required upon delivery. For added security, orders ship in discreet packaging with no brand indication on the exterior. Inside, your piece is presented in our signature packaging.
