warranty
To support that, every custom piece includes a one-year craftsmanship warranty from the date of delivery. This covers any manufacturing defects related to structural integrity or setting workmanship.
If a structural issue arises due to craftsmanship within that first year, we will repair your piece at no cost.
what warranty
does not cover
Because fine jewelry is meant to be worn, lived in, and enjoyed, it’s important to understand that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper handling, or routine maintenance. Services such as prong tightening, polishing, cleaning, or resizing are part of regular upkeep and are not included under warranty.
Any modifications or repairs performed by another jeweler will void this warranty.
