What is the customization process?
We start with a one-on-one consult to understand your vision, preferences, and budget. From there, we source stone options, refine the design, and have you approve every detail before production begins.
How many design revisions or CADs are included?
CAD is used to finalize an agreed-upon direction. Up to two CAD designs are included, with any additional CAD designs or major revisions quoted separately if needed.
Can I choose my exact diamond?
Absolutely. We present diamond options that match your criteria, walk you through the details, and have you approve the exact stone before it is set.
Do you only make rings?
No. While custom rings are a specialty, we also create earrings, bracelets, necklaces, pendants, and other custom jewelry pieces.
How long will my piece take?
Most custom pieces are completed within 5-7 weeks, depending on complexity. If you have a specific timeline, priority production may be available.
Do you accept returns?
Because each piece is custom made to your exact specifications, returns and refunds are not available once production has begun. Every detail is reviewed and approved before that point.
